|The dates, coconut oil and almond butter is the base|
to which any other nuts and seeds can be added.
3/4 cups pitted dates
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
3 Tbsp black sesame seeds
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup almond butter
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp sea salt
Add dates and pulse until pecans and dates are well combined.
Add sesame seeds, chia seeds and pulse until combined.
Add the remaining ingredients and process for 60 seconds.
Pour into a 9x9 glass dish and place in the freezer for at least 45 minutes. Cut into squares and store in freezer. Eat right out of the freezer!
