4 6oz fillets of salmon
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 clove minced garlic
1 Tbsp minced ginger
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 green onion chopped (green and white)
1 Tbsp Tamari
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place salmon on sheet pan
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl
Dived evenly over each salmon portion.
Place in oven and bake (12 min per inch of thickness)
