Cherry season is here! These gorgeous juicy morsel of summertime flavour are perfect for snacking on, or for making this fancy sounding - but simply made dessert!
1/4 cup whole flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar (or sugar of your choice - white, brown etc)
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp vanilla
30 cherries, pitted
Preheat Oven to 425 degrees
In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, almond flour and half the sugar.
In an oven proof skillet over medium heat add butter, once melted add cherries and remaining sugar
Once sugar has dissolved pour batter over cherries
Place in Oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve with creme fraiche, whip cream or ice cream!
